For products that are unopened, we offer a 30 day return window. Please contact email@example.com with your order number as the subject line to initiate a return. Please note that we do not provide postage for returns. Be sure to provide us with your tracking number immediately after postage, as any packages that arrive at our warehouse without tracking will be ineligible for return. Please pack your return carefully to avoid any damage in transit. Once the return arrives and passes inspection, we will provide you with a full refund, less shipping.
We are happy to provide a full refund in the case of any defective or damaged products. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as the subject line. Note that photographic proof may be required.
We do not process exchanges since we cannot guarantee your item will be in stock by the time we receive your return. Instead, we suggest placing a new order for the item(s) you want, and contact email@example.com to initiate a return for the items you wish to send back. Please include your order number and the items that you would like to return in your email.
Once the package has left the warehouse, we allow 5-10 business days for shipping to the US including Hawaii and Puerto Rico, 14-21 business days for shipping to Canada, 14-30 business days for shipping to Australia, and 14-21 business days for all other countries we ship to. Please note that these are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. If your package still has not arrived 10 business days after these delivery windows, we give you the option of either a full refund or replacement. We appreciate your patience in these instances, as once the package has left our warehouse any delays are the fault of the carrier and not of Sireni Beauty.
We do not price match for sales. Our sale periods are strictly delineated and we are unable to refund the difference for products purchased outside of these times.
